The automatic weighing machine ЦЕТЖ-2402-ЧВ-30 (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment) is designed to measure the weight, sort and labeling packaged goods.
The operating principle of the Equipment is based on converting the strain gauge sensor deformation into an analog electrical signal and converting it into digital form using an analog-to-digital converter. The converted signal is processed by a computer terminal and the weight of the load is displayed on the digital display of the terminal.
The Equipment is made on a single design basis and consists of a load-receiving device, the platform of which is made in the form of a conveyor with an electric drive and a terminal fixed to a stand or to the body of the Equipment.
The Equipment uses the ASM ChRP 1.0 Software, designed for:
• Creating and editing label templates: allows users to create and edit label layouts and content, including text, images, barcodes, logos and other elements.
• Weight calculation and labeling: allows the program to read the weight of goods from weighing equipment and automatically create labels with the relevant information about the goods, including weight, packaging date and other data.

The equipment has a touch screen for operator convenience. It is possible to implement various solutions for information processing, support non-standard logistics solutions. Remote control of the system, data transfer to the Equipment and receiving information from it is carried out by means of exchange via IPE. Direct remote work with the marking machine databases is possible via MyQoL connection. The implementation of tasks that are not included in the standard functionality of the marking machine is carried out in Russia by qualified specialists of the software development center. Vandal-proof frame, printing of labels up to 4” wide, LCD display with menu system, easy refilling of consumables, convenient access to thermal head for cleaning, built-in Russian, Kazakh, Chinese, Arabic fonts are some of the advantages of the Equipment.
