Manual labeling complex (REC)

Manual labeling complex (hereinafter referred to as REC) is a system for labeling individual and weighed products. An industrial IBM-PC compatible computer controlling the marker allows for a virtually unlimited range of products, real-time labeling control, and new data processing capabilities. Software compatibility with any logistics system is provided.

The REC includes the FRONT software module, designed for:

• Creating and editing label templates: allows users to create and edit label layouts and content, including text, images, barcodes, logos, and other elements.
• Weight calculation and label creation: allows the program to read the weight of goods from weighing equipment and automatically create labels with relevant information about the product, including weight, packaging date, and other data.
• Generating the final label on the box

Main features of the system:

• Can be equipped with any weighing platforms
• Working with labels of any size. Printing a label of any format. (the position and size of all print fields are programmable).
• Convenient control – all controls are located on the front panel, the touch screen makes the system interface simple and understandable for the operator.
• Interface with a computer – Ethernet connection via TCP-IP protocol. Provides fast data loading and easy integration into the enterprise information system.
