The automatic marking machine
The automatic marking machine ЦЕТЖ-2402-АП is designed for marking and labeling packaged goods.
The equipment is made on a single design basis and consists of a receiving device, the platform of which is made in the form of a conveyor with an electric drive, a terminal and a stand with a printer, fixed on the stand or on the Equipment body.
The Equipment uses the AVC 24.01.01 Software Module, designed for:
- Creating and editing label templates: allows users to create and edit label layouts and content, including text, images, barcodes, logos and other elements.
- Calculating weight and composing labels: allows the program to read the weight of goods from weighing equipment and automatically compose labels with the corresponding information about the product, including weight, packaging date and other data.
Scope – food production, packaging areas of hypermarkets and distribution centers.
The equipment is equipped with a touch screen for operator convenience. It is possible to implement various solutions for information processing, support non-standard logistics solutions.
Remote control of the system, data transfer to the Equipment and receiving information from it is carried out by exchanging XML commands. Direct remote work with the marker databases is possible via ODBC. The implementation of tasks that are not included in the standard functionality of the marker is carried out in Russia by qualified specialists of the software development center. Vandal-proof frame, printing of labels up to 4” wide, LCD display with menu system, easy refilling of consumables, convenient access to thermal head for cleaning, built-in Russian, Kazakh, Chinese, Arabic fonts are some of the advantages of the Equipment.
